7 Opti-Greens Recipes
On day 1 I mixed it with just classic water! I personally am a fan of plain water with my Opti-Greens 50. I mix it with about 6-8 oz. and its ready to go! It tastes just like unsweetened berry tea! Don’t let the dark color fool you! The taste alone is very mild and light!
Here I blended my Opti-Greens 50 with a yummy fruit smoothie! Because the taste of Opti-Greens 50 is so mild, it takes on the flavor on of anything you give it! To this smoothie I added:
On day 3 I mixed my Opti-Greens 50 with one of my favorite zero calorie drinks! Feel free to use whatever you would like! I started by blending my Opti-Greens to about 4 oz of my drink in a separate cup, then I combined them in a larger glass. This kept the carbonation of my drink & it was delicious!
On day 4 we did SHOTS! LOL! I simply mixed 1 scoop of Opti-Greens 50 into a shot glass with water & mixed it up! This is a great way to just throw em back and go on with the day! If you don’t have time or don’t want to sip a big greens drink – this is a great option! I recommend 1 scoop shot in the morning & another in the evening!
On day 5 I mixed my Opti-Greens 50 with Orange Juice! This is a very common way to mix greens and I find that orange complements the natural berry flavor very well! This is optional however after I blended them I also added 1 EmergenC pack! This is a great way to add some fizz and bump up vitamins if you feel a cold coming on! (Use accordingly)
On day 6 I really stepped outside of the box & was very surprised! I mixed it with berry yogurt & really enjoyed it! Ill admit, the color is a turnoff LOL! But the taste was enjoyable and knowing the benefits I was getting made it that much easier to overlook the swamp green.
On the final day I was starting to get loopy from thinking of all the ways to try it! The options are really endless! For me I just mixed about 6 oz. of Bloody Mary mix, 2 scoops of Opti-Greens 50, a very optional splash of vodka and stirred it with my celery. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste! Not bad! Of all the ones I was assuming I wouldn’t enjoy this week – this was gonna be it. However I actually enjoyed it & that just proves – you really can mix it with anything lol!
